I want to ensure that your cards, prints or original artwork reach you in perfect condition. Sometimes I am able to hand-deliver your artwork if you are not too far away.

Your purchase will always be well packaged and shipped using a service that is both reliable and cost effective. Please see below for an estimation of delivery costs to your location, based on the type of item you are interested in.

Smaller items are sent by a tracked service from Royal Mail while larger artwork is sent by Parcel Force or UPS.

FAQs

Insurance

Insurance is included in the shipping cost for every delivery and is not optional.

Customs Charges:

There is no VAT applicable within the UK. However, any Import Duty, VAT, GST, other taxes or similar that are applicable on an international delivery and charged by the receiving country is the responsibility of the customer.

Ordering multiple items:

If you are ordering multiple items or several different items, please contact me for a custom delivery quote as it may work out cheaper than the website check-out system can provide. In any event I will always refund you if you have been charged more at check-out than was required.

Collect In Person

You are very welcome to collect your purchase in person from my address in Wokingham, Berkshire RG41 5JR, UK. Simply choose ‘Collect in person’ at checkout’ - you will not be charged for delivery and I will let you know when you piece is ready for collection, along with the studio address.

Returns:

I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

If you change your mind upon receiving the item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt (excludes Art Cards & Calendars). You will not receive a refund, however, for either the outgoing or the return shipping costs.

A refund will be issued after the returned item is received. You must return the item using a trackable and insured method. Any loss or damage sustained to the artwork whilst being returned is the responsibility of the buyer. To return an original piece of artwork from within the UK, please contact me and I will arrange a courier to pick up the item.  The cost of which will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged Goods:

  • If your item arrives damaged, please take a digital photo of the damage and of the packaging and email it to me at nikki@nikkicarr.co.uk.

  • If you notice that the packaging is damaged when it arrives, please take a photograph of the damage BEFORE you open the package. This is important to enable me to obtain some compensation from Royal Mail or the courier, should the item also turn out to be damaged.

  • If the item is damaged, a refund will be issued to you or the item replaced, if this is possible. The postage will also be refunded.
